This project has now evolved into The Beacon Project, a mixed use facility to be built in the heart of Hoylake, which will include a 200-seater cinema, restaurant, bistro, live music/arts spaces, plus commercial retail and office spaces with accessible and affordable accommodation on the upper floors.
